An important aspect of Art of Me is ensuring the continuing legacy of the arts by encouraging current and aspiring artists from all walks of life to continue their craft. If you represent an organization or non-profit dedicated to either encouraging or identifying artistic talent (in music, film, literature, dance & theatre or art), we invite you to partner with Art of Me and have your logo displayed along with a link to your website below. Together it is our hope to sustain the arts for generations to come and uplift others through the power of artistic expression.
Artists for Peace and Justice
Artists for Peace and Justice, established in early 2009, is a fundraising effort founded by Paul Haggis and friends that encourages peace and social justice and addresses issues of poverty and enfranchisement in communities around the world. The organization’s immediate goal is to build schools to serve the poorest areas of Haiti, providing an education, hot meals, clean drinking water and regular medical treatments to the children living in the slums. With your support, Artists for Peace and Justice continues to provide for the basic needs of the community we work with, removing major barriers preventing children from going to school, such as medical care, food and clean drinking water.
Artists for charity is comprised of artists and volunteers from all over the world who donate our time, passion, sweat, creativity, and artwork for the sake of change. Some of us paint; some of us write; some of us are not even artists. But all of us believe that there is no such thing as a small act of compassion. Dedicated people, united andworking together, can change the world, one child at a time. Artists for Charity is a nonprofit, volunteer-driven organization founded on the belief that all people, regardless of their place of birth, sex, or current medical condition are entitled to basic rights, most notably, education and healthcare.
