By purchasing advertisements through Art of Me, you signify that you have read, understand and agree to be bound by the Advertisement Guidelines in effect at the time of purchase. Your purchases and your use of Art of Me are also overseen by the Art of Me Terms & Conditions. Art of Me means that website currently appearing at www.artfme.com, any other Art of Me or Art of Me affiliate-branded or co-branded website or web page (including, without limitation, any and all sub-domains, international versions and successors thereof) and any Art of Me or Art of Me Affiliate provided services, including, without limitation, services provided through any media, devices or networks now existing or later developed.
These Advertisement Guidelines are subject to change without prior written notice at any time, at Art of Me’s sole discretion, and such changes shall apply to any new purchases made after such changes are posted to the Art of Me Site. Therefore, you should review these Advertisement Terms of Sale prior to each purchase so you will understand the terms applicable to such transaction. If you do not agree to these Advertisement Terms of Sale, do not make any advertisement purchases on Art of Me.
Advertisement Purchase Requisites
To make an advertisement space purchase on Art of Me, you must be a registered Art of Me User and comply with these Advertisement Guidelines (including the Terms & Conditions). You acknowledge that you are responsible for maintaining the security of, and restricting access to, your account and password, and you agree to accept responsibility for all purchases and other activities that occur under your account. Art of Me sells its products only to those users who can legally make purchases with a credit card. If you are under the age of 18, you may make purchases on Art of Me only with the involvement of a parent or guardian. Art of Me reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders or terminate accounts, at any time in its sole discretion.
Payment Methods and Billing Information
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and Diner’s Club credit cards and their associated debit cards, as forms of payment. By submitting an order through Art of Me, you authorize Art of Me, Inc., or its designated payment processor, to charge the account you specify for the purchase amount. All payments are to be made in United States Dollars. For users outside of the United States, purchases will be converted at that specific days’ currency exchange rate in the country you reside with the United States Dollar. When you provide your credit card number to Art of Me, you may authorize us to store your credit card number and related payment information.
Please note that once you click the submit payment button, you cannot cancel payment, even by clicking the “Back” button on your browser. Monthly Subscription payments are due by the 5th day of each month. Annual Subscription payments are due one year or 365 days from the actual date of initial purchase. Cancellations to any Monthly Subscriptions payments may be made at any time but note that Art of Me does not issue refunds for any advertisement space purchases made. All payments for purchasing advertisement space on Art of Me are securely processed through PayPal.
